Description:
Current switch quantity sensor, commonly known as current induction switch, is based on the principle of electromagnetic mutual inductance and developed using CT power acquisition technology. It belongs to passive products. When the sensing hole of the switch product senses current, it facilitates the output of a switch signal at the switch end. The signal output terminal of this product is not physically connected to the sensing input terminal, and it responds quickly without generating mechanical noise, opening and closing sparks, or limiting the number of opening and closing times. It is a good helper for detecting or monitoring current.
Application:
All AC based equipment and product applications are used for detecting current with or without current, overcurrent or undercurrent, and for joint braking of current control.

Typical application wiring
Wiring precautions:
- Disconnect all power sources and have trained and qualified personnel operate.
- After completing the wiring, check the electrical schematic to ensure there are no errors before connecting the power supply for testing.
LED light schematic and switch status
Green light on: There is current passing through the wire passing through the detection hole, but it has not reached (or exceeded) the current threshold, and the switch is in its original state (normally open type is in the open state).
Red light on: The current in the wire passing through the detection hole has reached (or exceeded) the current threshold, and the switch is in a closed conductive state.
Namely: The green light is on and the switch is turned off; The red light is on and the switch is closed.
If all red and green lights are not on, it means that the wires in the detection hole have no current or the current value is lower than the minimum working requirement of the product (such as activating GAxxK05 requires at least 35mA to light up).
Steps for setting current threshold
The preset current threshold at the factory is generally the minimum value within the current range, such as the preset threshold of 0.06A (± 0.01A) for GA30K05 and GA31K05.
- Overcurrent setting - Connect the detection hole to the current value you want to set (such as 0.5A).
If the red light is on, it indicates that the current value is above the threshold (overcurrent state). Rotate the CS potentiometer clockwise until the red light turns green and stops; Rotate the CS potentiometer counterclockwise again until the green light turns red again, and the setting is complete.
- Undercurrent setting - On the basis of overcurrent setting, rotate the CS potentiometer clockwise until the red light turns green and stops. Settings completed.

Precautions for application
- Before installing wiring, all relevant power sources should be disconnected to prevent electric shock accidents, and all personnel involved in wiring installation must be trained and certified before taking up their posts.
- Materials unrelated to homework, especially flammable and explosive materials, must be removed from the work site and managed and supervised by a dedicated person.
- The output terminal is an electronic contact switch, and it is strictly prohibited to connect the power supply without connecting the load.
- After the wiring is completed, check that all connections are correct and error free.
