Product Description

         Current induction switch is a kind of switch output detection, monitoring and protection alarm product, which is developed by advanced passive power supply technology, based on the principle of electromagnetic mutual inductance of current, for the purpose of safety, simplicity and convenience in monitoring or detecting the current of electrical equipment.

Trigger value description

        Overcurrent monitoring detection and adjustment: expand the current starting value clockwise (until the green light is on), and lock the starting value counterclockwise (until the red light is on). For under current monitoring and detection, on the basis of over-current regulation, turn it clockwise until the green light is on

        Normally open type: the contact of overcurrent switch is closed and can be detected by multimeter.

        Red light on: the switch is closed; Green light: the switch is off.

Precautions for Use                                                                     

            1、 It shall be installed by electrician certificate or relevant technicians or trained and qualified personnel; Disconnect all power supplies during installation to ensure safety.

            2、 The hole diameter of the mounting screw is 4.5mm, which can be installed and fixed with M4 screws.

            3、 All the switch products mentioned in this paper cannot be used under direct sunlight, in the environment where the working temperature is higher than 55 ℃, and in wet and dripping places. The products are not waterproof.

             4、 The current carrying capacity of the switch terminal is Max: 0.5A@240Vac /dc； It is forbidden to power on directly without passing the load, otherwise the product will be permanently damaged.

             5、 The through core current value when applying the product should be within the current range on the label. If the current value is lower than the specified range, the requirements can be met by increasing the number of turns.

             6、 The through-hole of the switch products described in this paper can only pass through the synchronous in-phase current cable, and it is forbidden for two or more different phase current lines to pass through, otherwise the switch cannot play the role of normal monitoring
